Actress Tricia Penrose is an award winning actor best known for her 18 year stint as barmaid Gina in Heartbeat.
Running for two successful decades and becoming staple Sunday-night viewing, Heartbeat won several prestigious TV awards – including Best Performing Peak-Time Drama in 1999 (beating Coronation Street), and a number of ITV Programme of the Year awards.
Mum to Jake and Freddy Tricia was born in Kirby and started on Heartbeat in 1993, although acting is Tricia’s main role she is also a fantastic singer and has released several records.
Tricia has taken part in several celebrity reality TV shows including MasterChef , Fame academy, song for Europe and Celebrity big brother. Tricia also took part in Stars in their eyes twice winning the Christmas edition as Brenda Lee.
Tricia has a passion for supporting victims of Domestic Abuse and is also a great supporter of our Pet Service.
